What I offer

Working mindfully is at the heart of every yoga class I teach. I work privately with individuals and groups. From your very first class, you will advance your breathing techniques; you will learn postures and be guided in deep relaxation to leave you feeling calmer, quieter, and more centred. 

 

I teach hatha yoga with an emphasis on developing strength and flexibility in postures; teaching in a staged approach, making it safe for all abilities from beginners to more advanced.

I've had the privilege to train and practise with many wonderful teachers over the years including Zoe Knott and Deena Davies (500 hr Dip. The British School of Yoga).
